Menlo College senior standout Kayla Cisneroz was one of two players from the California Pacific Conference honored oin 2014 when it was announced that she earned an NAIA All-American Honorable Mention selection. Cisneroz becomes the first Menlo College women's soccer player to achieve All-American status since Natalie Ingram in 2012.

Cisneroz was a key component to the Oaks' success in 2014 which netted the team a Cal Pac championship and the programs' first ever trip to the NAIA National Championships. A star defender, Cisneroz has been named a First Team All-Conference selection in each of the last three seasons and was the conference Defensive Player of the Year in 2012. With Cisneroz anchoring the backline, the Menlo defense was statistically the third-best in the conference, allowing just 1.33 goals per contest. A dual-sport athlete, Cisneroz is a standout on the softball field as well, claiming All-Conference honors as a sophomore.
