PALO ALTO, CA – Senior Jarin Beck shot two over par to lead the Menlo College golf team to a 485-515 victory over Cal-State Maritime Academy last Thursday at the Palo Alto Golf Course.

Beck finished with a 74 to earn a first place finish. Junior Scott Walsh shot an 80 followed by juniors Cameron Lawrence and Joachim Sunberg who both shot an 82. Wrapping up the Menlo scorecard was freshmen Andreas Carlgren (83) and Christer Asberg (84).

The Oaks host the California Pacific Tournament this Thursday at the Palo Alto Municipal Golf Course. Tee-off is at 10 a.m.
