Leading the way for Menlo was senior Jarin Beck, who fired an 80 and tied for eleventh with Ed Timmins of Dominican. Beck averaged 78.5 on the year at Cal Pac events. Freshman Andreas Carlgren followed Beck with an 81 for a twelfth place finish. Junior Cameron Lawrence claimed the thirteenth spot with a final score of 84 on the day. Senior Marc Smith and junior Scott Walsh rounded off the Menlo scorecard with a tie at fourteenth place, both shooting an 88.
Brian Razzari of Holy Names who fired a six-under par 66, led the Red Hawks to a first place finish with a 283. Cal State University – East Bay placed second with a score of 303.
The regional tournament will be held on April 23rd and 24th in Indio, California at Terra Lago Golf Course. The first day will consist of 36 holes followed by 18 the next day. The team champion and individual medallist qualify for the 2007 NAIA National Championship, May 22-25, at the Indiana National Golf Club in Plymouth, Indiana.
