SAN MATEO, CA – Sophomore Katherine Fulp-Allen's personal record time of 19 minutes, 16 seconds led the Lady Oaks to a third place finish at the California Pacific Conference Cross Country Championships last Friday.

Fulp-Allen set the Lady Oaks pace, earning a second place finish, followed right behind by senior Laurin Lane-Daniels in third place with a PR time of 19:48. Freshman Maria Henriguez posted a 22nd place finish as she crossed the line in 23:02. Junior Shareese Mulholand was the fourth Lady Oak to cross the finish line as she earned a 25th place finish in a time of 23:34. Junior Ashlee Evans-Smith (26:13), freshman Jacque Davis (26:37), and senior Emily Moore (26:55) each earned points for Menlo with 34th, 36th and 37th places respectively.

Sophomore Sean Weeks and junior Robert Davis led the men's team to a fourth place finish with 78 points. Weeks ran a time of 31:49 earning a 16th place finish, followed right behind by Davis in 17th place in a time of 33:27. Freshman Jarrell Price was the third Oak to cross the line in a time of 34:11 for a 19th place finish. Junior Sabas Cruz recorded a time of 34:22 to take 22nd. Sophomores Avishek Dey and Cody Gibson, and junior Gary Nelson added points to the team's total by finishing 28th, 29th, and 30th places respectively.

William Jessup's Amanda Gillming earned the women's Cal Pac individual title in a time of 18:52 and Abednego Magut of Simpson University claimed the men's title.

Cal State East Bay swept both team titles with the women earning their fifth consecutive championship.

Fulp-Allen and Lane-Daniels were both named to the Cal Pac Conference team by finishing in the Top 14 in the California Pacific Conference Championship race.
