REDDING, Calif. - Senior middle blocker had another standout performance as Menlo College finished its California Pacific Conference regular season with a perfect record for the second season in a row after beating Simpson 25-12, 25-15, 25-15 on Saturday.
The Oaks finish 12-0 in the Cal Pac and are 16-9 overall. Menlo has earned the No. 1 seed in the Cal Pac Tournament, receiving a bye into the tournament championship match on Saturday at Haynes-Prim Pavilion. The Oaks have won 26 consecutive Cal Pac matches.
Bekowies finished with 17 kills in 27 chances for a .556 hitting percentage and three blocks. Stephanie Williamson had 33 assists to move as many clear atop the program's career assists list with 1,055. Katie Pendley totaled 10 kills while Mia Ortiz and Kelsey Bailey had 14 and 13 digs, respectively.
