Menlo senior mid-fielder Sam Zipperstein can continue to add to his star studded 2011 campaign, after just earning a third postseason accolade.  Zipperstein, a native of Mountain View who had already been awarded with a first team All-Conference honor as well as an NAIA All-American honorable mention, can now add the Jewish Sports Review first team All-American distinction to his resume.

The honor spans across NCAA Division II, III, and NAIA players and Zipperstein is one of just 11 members and five mid-fielders to take home the significant achievement.

Zipperstein was a major catalyst in propelling the Oaks to their first ever California Pacific Conference title and NAIA National Tournament appearance.  The senior mid-fielder scored one goal but had a team high 11 assists, ranking him in the top 20 in the NAIA.
