Menlo's Angel Garcia has made it official.  A 4-1 decision win in the 7^th place match of the 133lb. weight class has given the junior an All-American title.  The native of Diamond Bar took out Midland's Matt Katusin for the 7^th place finish, as the Oaks complete their Nationals run.  Menlo currently sits 23^rd out of the 35 team field and is unlikely to move up when the final session of the three-day Tournament comes to a close.
