Menlo College senior Alex Palomarez had five saves in the Oaks' 1-0 week and was selected as the California Pacific Conference Men's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week for the dates of September 3rd-9th. 

The Fremont, California native had five saves and allowed one goal for the Oaks in their 1-0 week. The Oaks won 3-1 over Westmont College on Saturday in Atherton. As of September 8th, Palomarez was first in the conference in goals against average (.62), tied for first in shutouts (1) and sixth in saves per match (4).Menlo College has one match this week.

The Oaks will take on Marymount College in Atherton on Wednesday.
