Stephenie Monderine Selected As Volleyball Player of the Week

Menlo College senior Stephenie Monderine had thirty one digs in two matches last week and was selected as the California Pacific Conference Volleyball Player of the Week for the dates of September 10th through 16th, 2012. The San Clemente, California native had 20 kills and 15 digs in a 1-1 week for the Oaks.

The Oaks lost 3-1 to La Sierra University on Thursday in Atherton and won 3-0 over Mills College in Oakland on Friday. As of September 15th, Monderine was fifth in the conference in kills per set (2.81) and sixth in points per set.

Menlo College has one match this week. They will take on UC Santa Cruz in Santa Cruz on Saturday.
