
For the third consecutive week, Menlo College sophomore Courtney Calicdan was tabbed as the California Pacific Conference Player of the Week for the dates of Oct. 8th-14th. The outside hitter from Honolulu had 33 kills and 24 digs as the Oaks went a perfect 2-0 last week.
Menlo won 3-2 over Simpson University in Redding on Thursday, and won 3-0 over William Jessup University in Rocklin on Friday. The Oaks have two matches this week, clashing with UC Santa Cruz in a non-conference battle on Wednesday inside Haynes-Prim, and then on Thursday Menlo will go up against Pacific Union College, also inside Haynes-Prim. Both matches are slated to get going at 7:00pm.
