For the third time this season, Menlo College junior Andrew Cota was selected as the California Pacific Conference Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week for the dates of Oct. 8th-14th.
A native of Santa Clara, Cota had had twelve shots, ten of which were on goal, three goals and two assists for the Oaks in two matches last week. Last week Menlo won both of their Cal Pac matches, the first on Tuesday as they won 3-1 over CSU Maritime Academy in Vallejo, and the second on Saturday as they won 5-1 over William Jessup University. The Oaks have two California Pacific Conference matches this week as they take on Simpson University in Redding on Wednesday and on Sunday, they will take on Pacific Union College in Angwin.
