The Menlo College wrestling program and coaching staff would like to invite you to participate in our summer wrestling camps. Regardless of your skill level, we promise to give you the opportunity to improve your wrestling through lecture, technical demonstration and plenty of on-mat application. My staff will be joined by several of our Menlo College wrestlers, ensuring that you receive the instruction you need to become a better wrestler.

The Competition Camp is designed to improve you as a wrestler through daily competition as well as high-level dual and tournament matches. Both teams and individuals are welcomed with individuals placed on a team or in holes of existing teams.Wrestlers will get high level technical instruction from collegiate level wrestlers and coaches with two technique sessions per day. Additionally, each wrestler is guaranteed two dual matches each night as the teams square off in dual meet action. The final day of the camp, wrestlers will be placed into pool brackets for an individual tournament. You should plan on wrestling 12+ matches over 4 days at the Competition Camp. Finally, the camp talks, which are given daily will expose campers to a variety of topics to include, but not limited to: sports psychology, strength and conditioning, nutrition, goal setting and motivation. Gatorade products will be provided to all campers free of charge.
Who: Male and Female wrestlers age 8-18
Cost: Resident $350 (includes instruction, camp shirt, housing & all meals)
Commuter $250 (includes instruction, camp shirt, lunch & dinner)

Two on-the-mat training sessions per week that focus on high-level technical instruction and drilling with live situations. Additionally, wrestling specific strength training sessions are offered in conjunction with mat practices. These sessions are tailored to the needs of each wrestler and take place immediately prior to each wrestling practice.
