Cross Country - Mon, Nov 1, 2004
Belmont, Ca. -11/1/2004- The Mens and Women\'s Cross Country teams, under the direction of head coach James Torres, competed in the Cal Pac Championships last Friday afternoon at the Crystal Springs course in Belmont.

The men finished with a total of 98 points, good for 4th place overall in the meet. In a field of 42 runners, junior Alfonso Paez finished in 17th position, an all-time best. Five of the six runners\'s for Menlo finished with personal records.

Competing for the women, Brenda Nassaka set a Menlo College Cross Country record, finishing in ninth place in a field of 40 runners.
