ATHERTON, Calif. - Menlo College Director of Sports Performance, Victor Brankovich, has announced the details pertaining to the first ever Fusion Fitness program to be held on campus. Fusion Fitness is comprised of three individual training sessions for individuals looking to improve health, vitality, and mobility. Each of the three options are unique in nature and will be taught by certifiied coaches in small groups, creating a strong individualized approach.

As mentioned above, there are three separate programs to sign up for:


A package tuned for building strength, mobility, stability, and conditioning. Featuring Barbell Lifts, Dumbbell Lifts, Olympic Lifting Variations, Stretching and Correctives (Body Balance), and Multi-modal Conditioning, This program has been built for those wanting to improve their overall health and vitality.  TUES/THURS: 5:45 AM - 6:45 AM TUES/THURS: 5:00 PM - 6:00 AM


An alternative to weight training that is targeted at promoting mobility through stretching, self soft-tissue therapy, and stability training. Featuring Multi-modal Conditioning and strength in newly established ranges of motion (stability). This program is great for those overcoming chronic pain, tightness, or sensory feelings of weakness. TUES/THURS: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM


High intensity workouts designed and taught by certified strength coaches to optimize total body strength and conditioning. Featuring weekend workouts with ropes, medballs, sprints, body weight exercises, sleds, hammers, and tires. A perfect program for those looking to get fit in a dynamic and motivated environment. SAT: 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM

Available Times – Mobility/Stability: TTH -- 6:00-7:00 PM
