All requests for media credentials and photography passes must be arranged through the Sports Information office 48 hours prior to scheduled game time by contacting the Sports Information Director. All photographers must shoot in positions that do not interfere with the flow of play, and positions are at the judgment of the game's officials and/or the Sports Information office at all times.
Menlo College Sports Information uses computerized statistics. All working media will receive an official game program, halftime box score, and a final game box score, including play-by-play scoring.
Menlo College Sports Information office will provide e-mailing of the final game box score to the sports information outlets of opposing teams. Please contact the Sports Information office with any special requests.
Stations wishing to broadcast games from Menlo College's home events must make arrangements with the Sports Information office as early as possible to reserve space. Space and internet connectivity may be limited depending on the event venue. Please provide ample time to Sports Information Director so arrangements can be made.
All interviews with Menlo College Athletics administration, coaching staff members, and/or student-athletes must be arranged through the Sports Information office. All interviews with student-athletes will be arranged around their academic class schedules and/or practice times. Please give one business day or at least 24 hours notice for interview requests.
Media are not permitted to contact student-athletes on their own at any time. Should you need to conduct a telephone interview with a student-athlete, a call will be placed to you from the student-athlete at a mutually agreeable time.
For post-game interviews at home events, please contact the Sports Information Director following the completion of the game.
