What made you decide to come to Menlo College?

I decided to attend Menlo College because of the opportunity I was given to play volleyball and because Menlo offers a prestigious business program that will open many doors to opportunities after I graduate.

What was it like coming to California with two other girls that you played with in high school?

When I initially came to California for college I was extremely homesick. I missed the ocean, my family, and my friends so having Emily, Moea and a couple other girls from my high school around campus was comforting. In volleyball, I have played with Moea and Emily since I was 12 years old so it is exciting to play with them because we have a great chemistry on the court.

What is an interesting fact about yourself?

I am ambidextrous. I write, brush my teeth and eat with my left hand. I hit and shoot with right hand and kick a ball with my right foot.

If you were to go anywhere in the world right now and stay a week for free, where would it be and why?

I haven't traveled much and one of the places I really want to go is Bali, Indonesia. The beaches look beautiful, and the hikes look breathtaking. It seems like a nice place to relax and soak up some sun.

If you were in a movie, which one would you choose? What character or role would you play?

I don't watch many movies so I'd have to go with High School Musical. I would play Gabriella because I can sing every song and I would get to date Zac Efron.
