Sean Weeks is in his second season as Head Men's and Women's Cross Country Coach for his alma mater, Menlo College.  During his Menlo playing days, Weeks excelled as a four-year cross country runner, in addition to wrestling for the Oaks from 2006-10.  He was a two-time All-Conference cross country recipient, while being named team captain for his junior and senior campaigns. 

In addition to his cross country duties at Menlo, Weeks has been coaching High School Track and Field for the last six years and cross country for the past three at Menlo School, which lies adjacent to Menlo College.  He helped guide the Knights to a boys cross country league championship, a boys track and field league championship, and first ever girls track and field league championship in the school's history. 

A native of Creston, WA, Weeks currently resides in Newark.
