Marcus Randolph enters his third season as assistant women's wrestling coach of his alma mater, Menlo College.  Last season, Randolph helped the Oaks to a seventh place team finish nationally, their highest ever. Prior to coaching the Oaks, Randolph spent four years (07-11) coaching at James Logan High School in Union City, helping lead the program to three North Coast Section finals appearances.  As junior varsity head coach at James Logan, Randolph compiled a 30-4 record in his four seasons at the helm.   Aside from his coaching duties, Randolph works as a junior high pastor at Abundant Life Christian Fellowship and has served on the Hillcrest Juvenile Hall (San Mateo County) chaplaincy since 2004.

Randolph spent two seasons grappling for Menlo, competing under current Director of Athletics Keith Spataro from 2002-04.  He was a two-time NAIA national qualifier, as well as a two-time California Junior College state meet qualifier during his days at Chabot College.  Randolph graduated Menlo with a degree in Psychology.

He currently resides in Palo Alto with his wife Kendra, a former UC Davis soccer player and current varsity coach at The King's Academy in Sunnyvale.
