Jackie Codiga is in her second season at Menlo College as the lead assistant to Shannon Osborne's basketball program. Codiga spent two years playing basketball for the London Heathrow Acers Basketball Club and backpacking through Europe prior to arriving in Atherton.

Codiga played three years at NCAA Div. II Lynn University in Boca Raton, Fla., leading the Fighting Knights in scoring as a junior and senior, and finishing second on the team in scoring as a sophomore. She graduated summa cum laude from Lynn in 2006 with a B.S. in psychology and was the school's 2006 Scholar Athlete of the Year.

Two summers ago Codiga worked as the director of basketball at Camp Danbee, an all-girls overnight camp in Massachusetts.
