Travis Patrick, a native of Castle Rock, Washington, comes to Menlo after graduating from Southern Oregon University. During his time at Southern Oregon, Travis was a national qualifier as a member of the wrestling team, helping them to three 2nd place team finishes at the NAIA National Tournament. Patrick finished his schooling at Southern Oregon with a Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education and a minor in Psychology. In addition to his degree, Travis has obtained certifications from the NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and from the NASM as a Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES). Travis spent the summer of 2015 as the football head strength and conditioning coach at Kelso High School in Kelso, Wash. There he implemented a comprehensive program designed to maximize athletic potential while reducing injuries through teaching proper movement patterns. Travis is currently working towards a Master's degree in Applied Exercise Science while coaching here at Menlo.
